We’re looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and hands-on Assistant Manager to join our fantastic team as we enter an exciting new chapter!

Our venue boasts a 70-cover restaurant, a beautiful 30-seat private conservatory and a separate 60-capacity bar, with an exciting refurbishment on the horizon!

With a newly refurbished bar, fresh ideas, exciting developments and big plans for the future, this is the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to get involved, make their mark and help take our venue to the next level.

THE ROLE – NOT YOUR AVERAGE 9–5!

Working closely with our Assistant General Manager and established team, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of our busy venue while helping us bring our new and exciting changes to life!

From leading a buzzing restaurant service and managing a lively bar to organising fantastic private parties and events, no two days will be the same!

This is a HANDS-ON role, and we mean HANDS-ON!

We need someone who leads from the front, rolls up their sleeves, gets stuck in and brings energy, enthusiasm and personality to every shift.

HAVE YOU GOT WHAT IT TAKES?

The following experience is ESSENTIAL:

● Proven experience within the hospitality industry, ideally in a supervisory or management role.

● Strong bar management experience, including stock control, drinks service, team supervision and maintaining excellent standards.

● Previous events management experience, including planning, organising and delivering private functions and celebrations.

● The ability to lead, motivate and support a busy team.

● Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.

● Strong organisational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

● A positive, proactive attitude and the confidence to bring new ideas to the table.

● Plenty of personality, ambition and a genuine desire to make a difference.

Holding a Personal Licence would be a definite advantage!

We’re looking for EXPERIENCE, not just enthusiasm!

This is a busy, multi-faceted venue, and we need someone who can hit the ground running.

Previous experience in hospitality, bar management AND events management is essential.

This is not an entry-level position, and while we appreciate enthusiasm, we are specifically looking for someone with the relevant experience and skills to succeed in this role.

12 NOON – 10PM (22:00)

Our venue operates within these hours, offering a fantastic mix of restaurant service, bar operations, private dining and events.

Flexibility to support the team during busy periods, including evenings and weekends, is essential.
