Full job description

Cottesmore Hotel, Golf & Country Club is a busy hotel and golf club set just outside the village of Pease Pottage with 2 golf courses, a 26 room hotel, 3 large function rooms, health club & swimming pool, beauty salon and 7 self catering lodges.

We are currently recruiting for Bar & Restaurant staff to provide an excellent level of service for our golf members, visitors, weddings and hotel guests.

The successful applicant will;

- offer every member and visitor an outstanding welcome

- have good prioritization skills to work efficiently through the day

- be well presented at all times

- communicate effectively with our guests and kitchen staff

- take responsibility for be aware of the upcoming events and set up the rooms accordingly

- regularly liaise with the kitchen to maintain a full knowledge of our food offering

- be proficient in all aspects of cashing up and point of sale procedures (training provided)

- be receptive to ongoing training which will be provided on an ongoing basis

- possess a great eye for detail to ensure the venue is presented immaculately through the day

The vacancy is part-time

MUST be 18 or over.

We offer an extensive range of staff benefits including full use of the health club and golf courses, discounted food and drinks, hotel rooms and beauty treatments. An auto enrolment pension scheme is already in place for those that wish to take it up.

Pay: £12.91 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
