Duties

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of bar staff, ensuring efficient service delivery
• Assist with the training and development of team members in hospitality best practices
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the bar area
• Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory to prevent shortages
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times
• Handle customer enquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and promote excellent customer service
• Lead by example in delivering outstanding hospitality experiences to guests

Qualifications

• Proven supervising experience within a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment
• Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively
• Experience in serving beverages and understanding of bar operations, including barista experience preferred
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Leadership qualities with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Familiarity with hospitality industry regulations and health & safety protocols
• Previous experience in restaurant or hotel environments is highly desirable

Pay: Up to £32,500.00 per year
