Assistant Manager

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Manager to support the running of one of our busy pubs.

The Role

Working closely with the General Manager, you’ll help lead and develop the team to deliver excellent customer service and strong business performance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting day-to-day pub operations
  • Leading and motivating the team
  • Maintaining food & drink service standards
  • Front of house & kitchen support
  • Stock control & inventory
  • Supporting financial targets & business performance

About You

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality management or a supervisory role
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident supporting the management of a busy pub
  • Energetic, hands on and proactive
  • Able to inspire, motivate and lead a large team
