Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Bartender/Server, where you will be the heart of the guest experience! In this lively role, you will craft exceptional beverages, serve delicious food, and create memorable moments for our guests. Your energetic and friendly approach will ensure every visitor feels welcomed, valued, and eager to return. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
  • Take food and drink orders accurately, providing prompt and attentive service to enhance the guest experience.
  • Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations and ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and serving areas in compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, offering recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments efficiently, and manage tabs responsibly.
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of hospitality, safety, and service excellence.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in bartending, serving, or hospitality roles is highly preferred; restaurant experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling of beverages and food items.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly and energetic demeanor.
  • Experience with catering services or barista work is advantageous but not required.
  • Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and customer service standards.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and able to stand for extended periods while performing duties efficiently.
