Overview

Join our vibrant nightlife, events, and festival team as a Shots Sales Specialist, where your energy and enthusiasm will help create unforgettable experiences for guests. In this dynamic role, you’ll be at the heart of the action, engaging with patrons, promoting our exciting beverage offerings, and ensuring every event runs smoothly. Responsibilities

  • Actively promote and sell a diverse range of shot beverages to guests at nightlife venues, festivals, and special events
  • Provide exceptional guest service by engaging with patrons in a friendly, energetic manner and answering their questions about drink options
  • Assist in setting up bar stations, ensuring all equipment and supplies are ready for service
  • Maintain knowledge of current drink menus, specials, and promotional offers to upsell effectively
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and responsible serving practices at all times
  • Support the bar team with food preparation tasks when needed, including garnishing drinks and preparing basic ingredients
  • Manage time efficiently during busy hours to serve guests promptly while maintaining high-quality service standards

Experience

  • Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is highly preferred
  • Serving experience in bars or clubs is a strong plus
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and measuring ingredients accurately
  • Kitchen or culinary experience is beneficial but not required; willingness to learn is essential
  • Strong time management skills to handle high-volume service periods effectively
  • Excellent guest service skills with a positive attitude and energetic demeanor
  • Ability to upsell drink options confidently to enhance guest experience and sales performance
