On The Rocks, is the newest addition to the Mumbles Pier site. We are a lively vibrant coastal bar and restaurant in the seas-side village of Mumbles. Originally an old rowing club that has now been transformed into one of the most unique 'alfresco' dining experiences in South Wales.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Floor Manager to join our team at On The Rocks. The ideal candidate will oversee daily floor operations, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient food production.

Duties:

- Supervise and coordinate activities of the restaurant floor

- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations

- Provide guidance and support to staff members

- Assist Bar Manager when needed

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or restaurant setting

- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively

- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
