Part Time Bar Staff 18+ only (immediate starts available)

Three Brass Monkeys is looking for enthusiastic, reliable and customer-focused individuals to join our busy bar team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, friendly environment with a strong focus on customer service and hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Serve drinks efficiently and professionally to customers.
  • Prepare and pour a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Maintain a clean, organised and fully stocked bar area.
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the till system.
  • Verify identification and ensure compliance with licensing laws.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety.
  • Assist with setting up and clearing tables when required.
  • Promote venue events, entertainment and special offers to customers.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Requirements

  • Previous bar or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Friendly, approachable and professional manner.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Good organisational and time-management skills.
  • Basic numeracy skills for handling payments and cash transactions.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
