Summary

We are currently seeking enthusiastic Bar Staff to join our team at Pencnwc Holiday Park. Located in a vibrant holiday environment, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our guests while contributing to the friendly atmosphere that defines our park.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent guest service in the bar area, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and serve drinks and beverages according to established standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment.
  • Assist with food preparation as needed, following food safety guidelines.
  • Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere and encourage repeat visits.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality or bar service is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices is an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
