Part-Time Position Available From September

The Belgrave Hotel is a family-run hotel in Tenby, proudly welcoming guests since 1971. We pride ourselves on offering friendly, helpful service and creating a warm atmosphere for both hotel residents and visitors.

We are looking for a part-time Waiters or Waitresse to join our team.

About the Role

You’ll be working as part of our front-of-house team, helping to deliver a great dining experience for our guests. Duties will include greeting guests, taking food and drink orders, serving meals, keeping the dining area clean and tidy, and working closely with the kitchen and bar teams.

Main Duties

  • Greet guests and show them to their tables
  • Take accurate food and drink orders using the till/POS system
  • Serve food and drinks in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer guest questions about the menu, ingredients and allergens
  • Keep tables, menus and dining areas clean and presentable
  • Clear plates, glasses and cutlery promptly
  • Communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar teams
  • Handle bill payments when required
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times

What We’re Looking For

  • Reliability and good timekeeping
  • Confidence working in a busy environment
  • Previous experience is preferred, but not essential as training will be provided

Hours

Days and hours will be discussed at interview - weekends and evenings are a must.

Typical shifts include:

  • Morning: 7:30am – 12:00pm approx.
  • Evening: 5:00pm – close

Pay: £13.55 per hour
