If you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, leading teams in fast-paced environments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, we'd love to hear from you.

As a leading provider of event and hospitality staff, Mint People works with some of the biggest names in sport, entertainment, and live events. Unlike others, we only recruit when we have work available — and right now, we have plenty of opportunities for experienced leaders.

Why Join Mint People?

Weekly Pay – Get paid every Friday (with two weeks in hand).

Competitive Pay Rates – Earn from £13.45 per hour, with enhanced rates available depending on experience and venue.

Exciting Venues – Work at major stadiums, arenas, racecourses, festivals, and live events across the Northwest.

Leadership Opportunities – Develop your management and operational skills while leading teams in dynamic event environments.

Flexible Working – Choose shifts that suit your availability while gaining experience with industry-leading clients.

Your Role

As a Retail Bar & Kiosk Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient service, excellent customer experiences, and strong team performance throughout each event.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing cash handling, till operations, and end-of-shift reconciliations.

Monitoring stock levels and coordinating replenishment throughout service.

Ensuring kiosks and service areas are fully prepared before opening and maintained throughout the event.

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with food safety and licensing regulations.

Handling customer queries professionally and resolving issues quickly to ensure a positive guest experience.

What We're Looking For

Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Confidence handling cash, stock control, and operational procedures.

A proactive, professional attitude with a passion for customer service.

Personal Licence holders are advantageous but not essential.

Ready to Take the Next Step?

If you're an experienced hospitality professional looking to lead from the front and be part of some of the region's biggest events, apply today and join the Mint People team.

Mint People is acting as an employment business. Hourly pay rates are dependent on experience, role, and venue.
