Full job description

Labyrinth Nightclub is looking for enthusiastic, reliable bar and floor staff to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and takes pride in giving customers a good experience

We are looking for people who are friendly, confident, and able to work well as part of a team. The role will involve working on the bar, on the floor, and helping to keep the venue running smoothly during busy nights.

What the role involves

  • Serving drinks quickly and accurately.
  • Working on the floor, including clearing glasses and helping keep the venue tidy.
  • Providing great customer service in a busy nightclub environment.
  • Working closely with other staff to maintain a safe, professional atmosphere.
  • Following all venue procedures and licensing responsibilities.

What we are looking for

  • A positive attitude and a good work ethic.
  • Someone reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
  • Previous bar or hospitality experience is useful, but not essential.
  • The ability to stay calm and professional when busy.
  • A friendly personality and a team-focused approach.

Important information
