Full job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and efficient bartender to work the bar at our busy restaurant on the clifftop in Barton on Sea.

Main Responsibilities:

Run the bar, making drinks, cocktails, teas & coffees

Help with the day-to-day cleaning and organisation of the bar

Take a proactive role in the team, identifying and resolving issues as well as sharing ideas for improvements

Our ideal candidate will have:

A passion for good service and quality drinks

Good knowledge of running a bar

Good organisation skills and adaptability

High standards of cleanliness and personal hygiene

Experience in a similar establishment
