Location: Wakehurst,West Sussex

✨ Be part of something magical this season!

Arc Hospitality is recruiting experienced Bar Staff to join our team at Glow Wild at Wakehurst,a spectacular illuminated trail set in the beautiful surroundings of Wakehurst.

With 38 nights of bar operations,we're looking to build a reliable,consistent team who can bring great service,positive energy and a professional attitude to our outdoor bars throughout the event.

What you'll be doing

  • Serving drinks from busy outdoor bars throughout the event.
  • Pouring pints,serving packaged drinks and operating bar dispensing systems.
  • Delivering friendly,efficient customer service to visitors enjoying the Glow Wild experience.
  • Keeping queues moving and maintaining clean,organised bar areas.
  • Working outdoors during evening shifts in seasonal weather conditions.
  • Supporting your colleagues to ensure smooth bar operations night after night.

✅ What we're looking for

  • Previous bar experience in pubs,festivals,events or hospitality venues.
  • Confidence serving drinks in a busy,fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable,punctual team players who can commit to regular shifts throughout the event.
  • A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
  • Comfortable working outdoors during evening shifts.
  • Must be aged 18 or over and have the right to work in the UK.
