Full job description

We are looking for passionate bartenders with floor experience to join our team. We have a full-time vacancy. We're looking for someone who is comfortable making cocktails whilst being proactive and vigilant from a front-of-house perspective.

Located on St Nicholas Street in the heart of Bristol. We are an independent, family-run business and have great connections with other local businesses.

We are rapidly growing our brand and have other projects in the pipeline so If you are looking for career progression, we will have lots of exciting opportunities in the near future for growth within the company.

Mugshot is a well-known and established hot stone steakhouse restaurant, with an exciting cocktail menu and extensive drinks list.

The Library/Archive is our sister venue, which is a beautiful speakeasy cocktail bar with an amazing cocktail list and premium spirits and wine menu. We also offer off-menu options, so knowledge of the classics is necessary, but training will be provided.

We work closely with some of the top spirit brands who will come in and provide expert training and tastings. Opportunities for WSET courses available as well. If you're eager to learn and expand your knowledge, this is a perfect place for you.
