Full job description

Beautiful & historic Lympne Castle has immediate full-time employment openings for Front of House staff in the fun servant roles of Waitstaff and Bartenders (servers/ wait staff/ bar staff).

We are serious about top notch guest experiences, and we are serious about fun.

This is a 7-day /week hospitality operation. As such, weekend and evening work will be required.

Qualifications:

  • 18+ age (selling alcohol)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an asset
  • Interest in history and the arts is a plus

A reliable method of transport is recommended due to the remote location and shift work.
