Job Summary

Join the Bar and Front of House team at Bowland Beer Hall, welcoming guests and supporting a smooth, enjoyable visit. You’ll combine attentive service with practical bar and restaurant duties, working closely with colleagues to keep service organised and the venue welcoming.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests, take orders and serve food and drinks with care and a friendly manner.
  • Prepare and serve drinks, including carrying out bartending tasks, and keep bar and front-of-house areas clean and orderly.
  • Follow food safety practices when handling and serving food, and use basic maths to process orders accurately.
  • Manage competing tasks during service and communicate with colleagues to coordinate guest requests.
  • Your impact: Attentive, accurate service helps guests feel welcome and enables colleagues to keep orders moving smoothly.

Requirements

Required: You bring practical hospitality skills, clear communication, basic maths and time management to support accurate, considerate service. You can follow food safety practices and work collaboratively while serving guests and handling bar tasks. Preferred: Bartending and restaurant experience are useful strengths, helping you contribute confidently across bar and front-of-house service.

Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour
