Full job description

Duties:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Upsell additional food and beverage items to increase sales
- Ensure that the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Maintain a high level of customer service by providing prompt and friendly service
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Assist in food preparation as needed

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and basic food preparation
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to upsell and promote menu items effectively
- Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
