Job Overview

Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Restaurant and Bar Assistant with Single Accommodation, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this dynamic role, you will support the daily operations of our restaurant and bar, ensuring exceptional service, food safety, and a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately, suggest upselling options to enhance guest experience
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
  • Assist in food preparation tasks to support kitchen operations, ensuring food safety protocols are followed
  • Manage table settings, clear dishes, and reset tables promptly for incoming guests
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with health regulations
  • Support with inventory checks, stock replenishment, and basic kitchen duties as needed
  • Handle guest inquiries professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
  • Uphold food safety standards by following proper hygiene practices and safety procedures

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
  • Knowledge of serving techniques, food safety standards, and basic food preparation skills
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
  • Excellent guest service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills for handling bills, payments, and stock counts
  • Kitchen or culinary experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
