BARTENDER - SUPERLEKKA

We’re looking for enthusiastic, confident and hardworking Bartenders to join the team at Superlekka.

As a Bartender at Superlekka, you’ll be responsible for delivering great drinks and great service while helping to keep the bar running smoothly throughout service.

This is a hands-on role in a busy venue. You’ll be working as part of a team, serving guests, preparing drinks and maintaining high standards across the bar.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Prepare and serve drinks to the required venue standards.

· Provide friendly, efficient and professional service.

· Take orders and process payments accurately.

· Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked bar.

· Complete bar opening, closing and cleaning duties.

· Restock fridges, spirits, glassware and other bar supplies.

· Support the wider team during busy periods.

· Follow all licensing, health & safety and company procedures.

· Deal with guest questions and requests confidently.

· Help create a positive atmosphere for guests throughout their visit.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

· Previous bar or hospitality experience is preferred.

· Cocktail or drinks experience would be an advantage.

· Confident working in a busy environment.

· Friendly, approachable and comfortable speaking to guests.

· Able to work well as part of a team.

· Reliable, punctual and hardworking.

· Able to remain calm and organised during busy periods.

· High standards of cleanliness and presentation.

· Willing to get stuck in and support wherever needed.

· Available to work evenings and weekends.

THE PERSON

We’re looking for people who genuinely enjoy hospitality and being around people.

You’ll need to be energetic, reliable and willing to get stuck in. When the bar is busy, you’ll need to work quickly without letting standards slip.

Most importantly, we’re looking for people who want to be part of a team and help create a great experience for every guest who walks through the doors.

WE’RE ALSO HIRING

We’re building the full Superlekka team and are also looking for Hosts, Servers and Bar Backs to join us.

Hosts/Receptionist - You’ll be one of the first faces our guests meet, creating a warm welcome and helping the venue run smoothly from arrival through to the end of their visit. We’re looking for friendly, confident and organised people with great communication skills.

Servers - You’ll be responsible for looking after our guests throughout their visit, delivering great service and helping create a welcoming atmosphere. We’re looking for friendly, attentive and hardworking people who thrive in a busy environment and enjoy working as part of a team.

Bar Backs - You’ll be an essential part of the bar team, keeping the bar stocked, clean and running efficiently throughout service. We’re looking for hardworking, energetic and proactive people who aren’t afraid to get stuck in.

Previous experience is preferred for all roles, but we’re more interested in the right attitude, personality and work ethic.
