Job Title: Bartender / Bar Manager

Location: FULHAM, LONDON
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Salary: Competitive (based on experience)

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Bartender / Bar Manager to lead our bar operations while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, energetic, and capable of managing staff, stock, and service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard
  • Manage daily bar operations and ensure smooth service
  • Supervise, train, and schedule bar staff
  • Maintain stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory
  • Create and maintain drink menus and specials
  • Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
  • Handle cash, tills, and end-of-shift reports
  • Enforce licensing laws, health & safety, and hygiene standards
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer issues

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a bartender (management or supervisory experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Right to work in the UK

Desirable:

  • Personal Licence Holder (or willing to obtain)
  • Experience with stock control systems
  • Bar or hospitality qualification
