Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Seat customers and present menus
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and to a high standard
• Provide menu knowledge and make recommendations to customers
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction
• Handle customer requests and resolve complaints calmly and professionally
• Process bills and handle cash/card payments
• Set up and clear tables quickly and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area

These duties reflect standard expectations in hospitality roles such as taking orders, serving food, and ensuring customer satisfaction
