Job Summary

Firstly, we do require experience - at least a minimum of 1 year. Join our dynamic team as a Bartender, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable experiences for guests. In this role, you will craft and serve a variety of beverages with precision and flair, ensuring each guest feels welcomed and valued. Your ability to manage multiple orders efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude will be key to thriving in this lively environment. Duties

  • Prepare and serve a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to established recipes and standards
  • Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
  • Verify guest identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age regulations
  • Manage cash register operations, process payments accurately, and handle tips responsibly
  • Monitor alcohol consumption and intervene when necessary to promote responsible drinking
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours

Skills
