Summary

We are seeking dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team at Whitworth Hall. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional guest experiences that align with our mission of providing outstanding hospitality across our venues.
Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanour.
  • Take and process orders efficiently while ensuring accuracy.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Assist in upselling menu items to enhance guest experience.
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and standards at all times.
  • Support team members as needed to ensure a cohesive work environment.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions effectively.
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
