Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails and beverages in accordance with standard recipes and presentation standards.
• Greet guests warmly, taking orders efficiently while providing knowledgeable recommendations.
• Ensure all drinks are prepared safely, adhering to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
• Manage cash transactions accurately and handle payments using the point-of-sale system.
• Monitor guest intoxication levels and intervene responsibly when necessary.
• Restock bar supplies regularly to ensure smooth service throughout shifts.
• Engage with guests to create a lively, friendly atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or bar work is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service is essential.
• Strong serving skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
• Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Excellent time management abilities to prioritise tasks efficiently during busy periods.
• Good organisational skills to maintain a tidy work environment.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Friendly demeanour with excellent communication skills.
• A valid personal identification document (e.g., passport or driving licence) for employment verification purposes.
