Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team.

As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our patrons.

Your primary responsibility will be to create a welcoming atmosphere while serving drinks and assisting with food service.

Duties

  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, wines, and soft drinks, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
  • Engage with customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable service while taking orders and answering queries about the menu.
  • Assist in managing stock levels, including ordering supplies when necessary and ensuring proper storage of food and drink items.
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and health standards to ensure the safety of all customers.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when required.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, demonstrating basic maths skills for processing payments.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred and candidates need to be 18 or older
  • Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction are crucial for this role.
  • Excellent time management abilities to handle busy periods effectively while maintaining quality service.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to help colleagues create an enjoyable working environment are essential traits for success in this position.
  • Own transport is essential due to our location as we are not on any public transport routes.
