Job Overview: We are seeking experienced and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Bar Staff.

As a member of our bar and floor team, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience at our establishment.

Responsibilities:

Bar: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers

• Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist in restocking inventory and replenishing supplies as needed
• Working in a team with other staff members to ensure smooth operation
• Other duties deemed necessary and within reason by venue management
• Clear and wash glassware in a timely and efficient manner

• To ensure company standards are upheld at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
• Knowledge of basic math for handling cash transactions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Must be available to work Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday - full flexibility preferred
• Familiarity with bartending techniques and drink recipes is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £10.00-£12.80 per hour
