Job Summary

Join the Opening Team at TWELVE | 21Wine & Cocktail Bar | Kelham Island

We're looking for enthusiastic, friendly and passionate people to join the opening team at TWELVE | 21, a brand-new independent wine and cocktail bar opening in the heart of Kelham Island.

We're creating a contemporary, welcoming space where exceptional drinks, great music and genuine hospitality come together. If you love making people feel welcome and want to be part of something exciting from the very beginning, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As part of our opening team, you'll help create memorable experiences for every guest by delivering outstanding service in a relaxed yet premium environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and serving cocktails, wines, beers and premium spirits.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service with confidence and personality.
  • Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Learning our wine and cocktail menu to confidently recommend drinks.
  • Working as part of a close-knit team to build an exciting new independent business.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

  • Confident speaking with customers.
  • Positive with a can-do attitude.
  • Available to work evenings and weekends.
  • Previous bar experience is essential
