We are looking for strong, diligent and committed people to be part of something truly amazing – The Little Blue Door in Fulham, from the Little Door & Co Group. Our existing venues, The Little Orange Door, The Little Yellow Door, and The Little Scarlet Door, are bustling and critically acclaimed bar restaurants. Like their sister venues, The Little Blue Door champions a unique take on hospitality. Every element of what we do – from the decor to the menus – reflects our playful, house-party-inspired ethos. The offering is designed with our eclectic crowd in mind and champions quirky, light-hearted fun – underpinned by serious F&B quality and meticulous levels of service.

We are looking for someone who thrives on consistently delivering faultless shifts, maintaining high standards, and managing a variety of different service styles – from early evening drinks to late-night parties. It's a small, close-knit team with a genuine family feel – an almost uniquely inviting and friendly working environment. Little Door & Co is a young and growing brand, pioneering a refreshing slant on the hospitality industry. Our aim is to create venues that feel like walking into a home, styled around fictional flat shares. We deliver authentic customer experiences through house parties, dinner parties, and warm, engaging service in a homely, neighbourhood-style setting.

The Role: We are looking for Cocktail Bartenders with a sharp eye for detail and strong knowledge of exceptional service standards. You'll play a key part in ensuring every guest has a fantastic time, while serving outstanding drinks, delicious food, and top-tier hospitality. Both full-time and part-time roles available.
