Job Title: Bartender
Location: Lucia

Bartender – Join the Team at Lucia

We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Bartender to join the team at Lucia. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, take pride in delivering excellent customer service, and have a passion for creating a great guest experience, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard.
  • Provide outstanding customer service in a warm and professional manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
  • Process customer orders and payments accurately.
  • Restock bar supplies and monitor inventory levels.
  • Check identification and ensure responsible alcohol service.
  • Work closely with the wider front-of-house team to deliver a seamless guest experience.
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.

Requirements

  • Previous bartending or bar experience preferred, but training can be provided for the right candidate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Positive attitude with a strong team-player mentality.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
