We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Head Bartender to join our team at Fiesta del Asado, 229 Hagley Road, Birmingham, B16 9RP.

Part of the award-winning Lasan Group, Fiesta del Asado is a lively Argentine-inspired restaurant and cocktail bar known for exceptional food, expertly made drinks and warm, energetic service.

The role

As Head Bartender, you’ll lead from the front and help create a bar experience that keeps our guests coming back. You’ll support and motivate the bar team, maintain excellent standards and ensure every drink is prepared and presented with care.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the bar during busy services;
• Preparing consistently excellent cocktails and drinks;
• Training, coaching and motivating bar team members;
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation and presentation;
• Managing stock levels, deliveries, rotation and wastage;
• Supporting stocktakes and helping to control costs;
• Ensuring all licensing and responsible-service procedures are followed;
• Working closely with the restaurant management team;
• Identifying opportunities to increase drink sales and improve the guest experience.

About you

We’d love to hear from you if you:

• Have strong cocktail, spirit, beer and wine knowledge;
• Have previous experience as a Head Bartender, Bar Supervisor or experienced Bartender ready to progress;
• Are confident leading a team during a busy service;
• Are organised, reliable and comfortable taking responsibility;
• Have a natural ability to connect with guests and colleagues;
• Remain calm, professional and focused under pressure;
• Take pride in high standards and attention to detail;
• Are commercially aware and understand the importance of stock control and sales;
