Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee our bar operations, ensuring a high standard of service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organisation and team skills, proven stock and cellar management experience, particularly with cask ales and mixology experience. As our Bar Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team, maintaining safety standards, and creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to hospitality standards
  • Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels
  • Train, mentor, and lead bar staff to deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • Implement effective team management strategies to foster a positive work environment
  • Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in accordance with health regulations
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to create innovative drink menus that complement food offerings
  • Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally to enhance guest satisfaction

Qualifications
