Full job description

The Port O' Leith is reopening. It's the first Leith bar for Tiny Cup Collective, the team behind St Vincent, Nightcap, Crybaby and Nip's Bottle Shop.

We need a manager to open it and run it.

Cocktails and pints, and you have to be good at both.

You'll own the rota, the ordering and stock management, the GP and the weekly numbers, and the licensing and safety side. We build the team together. This is a hands-on service first lead by example management role, not admin shifts and paperwork. You've gotta still want to be a bartender!

We're a growing group and the bars work as one. Teams cover across sites, the managers lean on each other, and nobody gets left to work it out on their own.

What you'll need

- You've run a bar, or you're an assistant manager ready to step up

- Proper cocktail experience, and the speed to back it up

- SCPLH

- You can look at a week's numbers and tell us what happened

- Right to work in the UK
