Crust Bros started back in 2014 with one guy, a dream, and a serious love for pizza.

What We’re Looking For

  • A track record of hospitality excellence under your belt in previous roles.
  • Previous experience as an Assistant Manager/Floor Manager in a high volume restaurant.
  • An eye for detail; always upholding the highest standards and ensuring every shift is in the very safest pair of hands.
  • Be a great leader who really cares about people. Your nurturing approach will make coaching and developing other members of the team a natural focus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment — keeping the energy high and the team focused.
  • Passion for food, hospitality, and being part of something that stands out.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Take charge of daily restaurant operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly across service, kitchen and front of house.
  • Lead, mentor and coach your team
  • Monitor and deliver key performance metrics.
  • Create a culture where energy, accountability and fun coexist — people want to come, people want to stay.
  • Ensure full compliance with all legal, health & safety, regulatory and company standards.
  • Spot operational improvements and innovation opportunities — you’ll be thinking ahead, not just keeping up.
