Floor Manager – Bar82 Cocktail Bar & Small Plates

Join the team at one of Hull's busiest independent cocktail bars!

Bar82 is looking for an experienced, energetic, and passionate Floor Manager to help lead our front-of-house team. If you thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment, love delivering exceptional customer service, and enjoy leading by example, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading the front-of-house team during busy service.
  • Delivering outstanding customer experiences from start to finish.
  • Supporting, motivating, and developing the team.
  • Managing bookings, walk-ins, and ensuring smooth floor operations.
  • Maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation.
  • Working closely with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service.
  • Assisting with stock control, opening and closing procedures, and daily operations.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has previous management or supervisory experience in hospitality.
  • Is confident leading a team in a busy, high-energy venue.
  • Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Is passionate about great food, cocktails, and customer service.
  • Is reliable, enthusiastic, and works well under pressure.
  • Is available to work evenings and weekends.
