Now, we’re looking for a Camp Manager to bring the magic to life! If you’re a born leader, great with kids, and thrive in fast-paced, exciting environments, this could be your dream job.

Your Role

As a Camp Manager, you’ll be the fearless leader of fun! You’ll keep the camp running like a well-oiled (and super-fun) machine, inspiring both your team and the children to have the best holiday ever. From morning setups to waving goodbye at the end of the day, you’ll make sure every moment is bursting with energy, organisation and laughter.

  • Keep an eagle eye on safety, risk assessing like a pro.
  • Ensure we meet all Ofsted regulations.

Be the Go-To Person!

  • Chat with parents, handle questions or concerns, and make everyone feel heard.
  • Work with the Area Manager and Head Office to sort bookings, updates, or the occasional hiccup.

Plan & Play!

  • Organise amazing activities – from sports to drama to arts & crafts!
  • Prepare Early and Late Club programs to keep the fun rolling all day.
  • Make sure all equipment is prepped, ready, and good to go.

What We’re Looking For

  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and ready to dive in?
  • A multitasking master with excellent organisational skills?
  • A natural leader who can inspire and motivate others?

  • A qualified teacher or Early Years Practitioner?

Bonus points if you:

  • Have management experience working with children (in schools, camps, or similar settings).
  • Know how to run team games, sports, or group activities.
  • Hold a Pediatric First Aid qualification (or are happy to get one).

Why Join Us?

  • Leadership Opportunities: Hone your skills and grow with a supportive team.
  • Fun, Fun, Fun: Work where laughter, creativity, and excitement are part of the job.
