Front of house team member

The Queens Hotel Food and Beverage Department are recruiting for team members for the Bar.

If you are a positive, talented and proactive person with a passion for all things Food and Beverage, then please see the following positions available from now:

· Bar staff

Working in one of these customer-facing roles, you will be involved in the delivery of our delicious range of food and drink to our guests. Ensuring customers are greeted with a smile. We will offer training for those that have no experience. Personality is key, below are some of the key requirements and responsibilities

Jobs roles you could be doing whilst working:

  • Serving food and beverage requests efficiently and accurately
  • Preparing and clearing tables
  • Taking orders in restaurants
  • Communicating with colleagues and taking direction to ensure smooth delivery
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy dining and working environment before, after and during service
  • Manage payments through our till system

Requirements:

  • Confidence and compassion when interacting with customers and colleagues
