Bar Work jobs in Southport

We’re looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable Bartenders to join our bar team.

This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys mixing drinks, engaging with guests, and keeping service flowing in a busy, fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Crafting and serving drinks with speed and accuracy to spec
• Contributing to specials with your own creations
• Engaging with guests to create a welcoming and memorable experience
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar throughout service
• Assisting with deliveries, restocking, and inventory checks as needed
• Supporting colleagues during busy shifts to ensure smooth, efficient service
• Helping maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality behind the bar
• Contributing to an excellent guest experience with energy and professionalism

Pay & Hours

• £10.85 – £12.71 per hour
• TRONC (Tips)
• Paid every 4 weeks (on a Friday)
• Flexible shift patterns including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
