Partington’s Holiday Parks is family owned and operates 6 holiday parks across Lancashire, Lake District and The Yorkshire Dales. Broadwater Holiday Park is located on the outskirts of the old fishing town of Fleetwood. Offering a mix of luxury caravans and lodges to both buy and rent, Broadwater has many amenities for its guests including a club, sports bar, indoor heated plunge pool, amusement arcade and much more.

Role: Part Time Receptionist

Location: Broadwater Holiday Park

Hours of Work: 9:00-17:00 Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday. 32 hours in high season and 24 hours in low season

Salary: £13 per hour

What we need from you:

  • Check-in/out guests ensuring all documentation is completed and our guest experience is fabulous from the start to the end of their holiday.
  • Manage both digital and hard copy filing systems for all guests.
  • Answer the telephone in a professional and timely manner, addressing queries and directing external calls to the correct department.
  • Provide guest support
  • Upsell facilities and services offered by the Park.
  • Greet all contractors/visitors to the Park
  • Cash and payment handling

Skills, experience and qualities you will need:

  • Receptionist experience in a similar role
  • Flexibility
  • Keen to learn
  • Full preferably clean, driving licence
  • The ability to demonstrate our company values at all times, FUN,FAMILY & FRIENDLY!
