Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar, ensuring a high level of quality and service to our customers. This is a leadership role that requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.

Duties:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, including opening and closing procedures.
- Manage a team of bartenders, servers, and other bar staff to ensure efficient and friendly service.
- Maintain a high level of quality and safety in food and beverage preparation and presentation.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
- Train and supervise staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Manage staffing costs and schedules to optimize profitability.
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment, encouraging teamwork and collaboration.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless service.

Skills:

- Experience in a restaurant, golf club, or similar hospitality environment.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- High level of organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to provide help and support to staff members.
- Strong supervisory skills and the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and the ability to work well with cooks and other kitchen staff.
