Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House executive to help with daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong interest in hospitality and bar management, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires team spirit and reliability, ensuring a smooth and efficient front-of-house experience for our guests.

Duties

  • Supervise and manage reception and front-of-house.
  • Efficient operation of our front of house software (Reservations and bookings)
  • Communicate with our client base via whatsapp and e-mail.
  • Manage basic content on social media channels.
  • Deliver competent and friendly service behind the bar.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, striving for resolution and satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Join team meetings and learn all facets of the business to drive your own development.
