Kings Head Cromer are currently recruiting for Bar Staff on a seasonal Fixed term temporary basis. Please Note you will need to be over 18 to serve alcohol behind the bar.

The successful candidates will be a highly motivated individual with the ability to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking a candidates to be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing drinks orders and monitoring stock levels.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and serving high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Using a till to take orders and process payments
  • Checking customers identification and age verification
  • Engaging with customers and advising them about current promotions
  • Maintaining a clean and organised bar area, including quickly responding to spills and other health and safety hazards
  • Monitoring and replenishing stock levels as needed
  • Serving food and snacks
  • Clearing tables, wiping surfaces, and operating the dishwasher to ensure ample glassware is available

Experience, Education & Qualifications:

  • Great communication skills both verbal and written
  • Attention to details and the ability to work fast under pressure
  • Honesty and ability to handle transactions in a trustworthy manner
  • Great stamina, physical strength, and endurance
  • Excellent customer service skills

Working hours are Monday - Sunday, various shifts available.

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour
