Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and passionate Bar Manager to lead our vibrant bar team and create memorable experiences for our guests. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional service, and maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver outstanding hospitality while managing all aspects of bar and food service with enthusiasm and professionalism. Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the bar and kitchen team to deliver excellent customer service and uphold brand standards

  • Manage daily operations including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in accordance with food safety regulations
  • Supervise staff scheduling, training, and development to foster a motivated and skilled team
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards across all areas of the bar and kitchen
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests

Requirements

  • Proven management experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with supervising responsibilities
  • Strong background in food production, cooking, food preparation, and serving techniques
  • Experience working in a bar environment
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with restaurant operations, culinary processes, and hospitality best practices
  • Ability to supervise staff effectively while maintaining high energy levels and positive attitude
