Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, friendly environment where no two days are the same? The Marian Resort & Spa is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Bar Staff to join our hospitality team.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of our bar team, you'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by delivering outstanding service with a warm and professional approach.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Delivering friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable customer service.
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the bar.
  • Taking customer orders and making recommendations from our drinks menu.
  • Processing payments accurately using our till systems.
  • Restocking the bar and ensuring supplies are readily available during service.
  • Working closely with the restaurant and kitchen teams to provide a seamless guest experience.
  • Following all licensing, food safety, and hygiene procedures.
  • Helping create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to return.

What We're Looking For

  • Passionate about hospitality and customer service.
  • Friendly, approachable, and confident when interacting with guests.
  • Able to remain calm and organised during busy service periods.
  • Reliable, flexible, and a strong team player.
  • Comfortable handling cash and card transactions.
  • Committed to maintaining excellent cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Experience

  • Previous experience working behind a bar or within a hospitality environment is desirable but not essential, as full training can be provided for the right candidate.
  • Knowledge of food safety and licensing regulations would be advantageous.
