Are you tired of working with inexperienced people? Of being the only one on shift who can carry three plates and talk at the same time?

Good. You might be our kind of person.

Margot Wine Bar + Eatery is a village restaurant and bar in Parbold, built on great food, proper drinks and calm, confident service and we’re looking to bring new experienced front-of-house staff on now to be part of that journey as furthert develop our offering.

This isn’t a stop-gap job. It’s a chance to help shape what Margot becomes next.

Who we’re looking for

  • Seasoned hospitality people (you’ve done your time, and it shows)
  • Confident on the floor, warm with guests, unflappable under pressure
  • You know how to read a room, not just a docket
  • Happy working with a grown-up team who pull their weight
  • Interested in being involved as raise the bar
