Of explaining what side work is?
Of being the only one on shift who can carry three plates and talk at the same time?

Margot Wine Bar + Eatery is a village restaurant and bar in Parbold, built on great food, proper drinks and calm, confident service and we’re looking to bring new experienced front-of-house staff on now to be part of that journey as furthert develop our offering.

This isn’t a stop-gap job. It’s a chance to help shape what Margot becomes next.

Who we’re looking for

  • Seasoned hospitality people (you’ve done your time, and it shows)
  • Confident on the floor, warm with guests, unflappable under pressure
  • You know how to read a room, not just a docket
  • Happy working with a grown-up team who pull their weight
  • Interested in being involved as raise the bar
