Cromlix is entering an exciting new era.

With a major refurbishment complete across our food and beverage offering, this is a rare opportunity to join the team at a defining moment in the hotel’s story. As we re-imagine our spaces, refine our service, and elevate the guest experience even further, we are looking for an exceptional Bar Supervisor to help lead the journey.

This is not a static role. It’s a chance to be part of shaping what Cromlix becomes next.

The Role

  • Work in a hotel consistently recognised for excellence, while helping shape its next phase of growth

  • Join a leadership team that values professionalism, clarity and pride in the detail

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong service instincts and a natural presence on the floor
  • Confidence leading, motivating and supporting a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and a calm, organised approach
  • A genuine interest in food, drink and guest experience
  • Someone excited by change, development and raising standards

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to grow with Cromlix during a transformative period
  • A supportive and professional working environment
  • Competitive pay, appropriate to experience
  • Ongoing training and development
  • Staff benefits including meals on duty and company perks

If you’re proud of your craft, enjoy leading by example, and want to be part of something that’s being thoughtfully rebuilt and re-imagined, we’d love to hear from you.
