Full job description

Stix & Stones are looking for a reliable, hardworking Part-Time Bar Back to support our bartending team in a fast-paced environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hospitality, works well under pressure, and thrives in a team setting.

Responsibilities

  • Restock beer, liquor, mixers, garnishes, ice, and supplies throughout shifts
  • Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked
  • Wash glassware and assist with general cleaning duties
  • Remove trash and recycling as needed
  • Support bartenders to ensure fast and efficient service
  • Assist with opening and closing duties
  • Help maintain a positive guest experience by keeping operations running smoothly

Requirements

  • Ability to lift heavy items (kegs, cases, ice buckets, etc.)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
  • Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills
  • Previous bar, restaurant, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
