  • Supporting Board and Committee meetings through high-quality financial reporting and insight.
  • Leading statutory accounts, audit, compliance and regulatory reporting.
  • Driving financial controls, organisational improvement and continuous development.
  • Leading and developing the finance function while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
  • Supporting business planning, investment decisions and organisational growth.

About You

We're interested in speaking with experienced finance leaders who are looking for an opportunity to make a genuine impact within a purpose-led organisation.

You are likely to have:

  • Significant experience operating at Head of Finance, Finance Director or equivalent senior leadership level.
  • Experience developing and embedding enterprise risk, governance or organisational assurance frameworks.
  • Experience advising CEOs, Executive Teams and Boards on financial strategy, organisational sustainability, governance and enterprise risk.
  • A strong understanding of strategic and operational risk management and organisational assurance.
  • Experience leading governance, compliance and internal control frameworks.
  • The ability to balance strategic leadership with a practical, hands-on approach.

Why Apply?

This is an opportunity to join an organisation with a strong social purpose where finance plays a central role in shaping strategic direction.

The organisation recognises that outstanding candidates come from a variety of backgrounds and is open to discussing flexible working arrangements, including part-time opportunities, for individuals who can bring the right level of strategic leadership and expertise.

If you're looking for a role where you can combine strategic influence with meaningful impact, we'd love to hear from you.
