Overview
For a new opening:

We are seeking experienced, enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team With at list 3 years experience in a restaurant/ coffee shop environment

you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and a memorable experience. You will be responsible for various tasks, including serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the overall operations of our establishment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome customers with a friendly attitude.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer requests are met.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety standards.
  • Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring high-quality presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables and service stations.
  • Handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations for billing purposes.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage time effectively to balance multiple tasks during busy periods.

Skills

  • Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
