Barista Bar Cafe Team Member

Pay rates ranging from £12.10 - £13.45 per hour depending on your age and great benefits.

Part time position at 16 hours per week, working within Monday to Sunday, 6:00am to 8:00pm, with a degree of flexibility required. Please note, full flexibility on Thursday will be essential for this role.

As a Barista Bar Team Member you will:

  • Listen to and understand our customers' needs and advising customers about our products and services.
  • Prepare premium coffee and treats.
  • Deliver excellent customer service.
    • Maintain excellent hygiene standards, keeping prep and service areas clean.

Skills for Success

The Attributes you’ll need:

  • Willingness to learn about coffee
  • Previous coffee experience, although welcomed, is by no means essential.

Don’t worry if you have no previous retail or foodservice experience - we’ll provide you with all the right training. Above all we are looking for team members with personality, passion, energy and a positive attitude who know how to make our customers smile and provide the very best experience.

Working Hours

Part time position at 16 hours per week, working within Monday to Sunday, 6:00am to 8:00pm, with a degree of flexibility required.
