Full job description

We're looking for people who are:

  • Trained Baristas with a passion for producing great coffee and other food and beverages to a high standard
  • Enthusiastic leaders who can inspire and motivate a team
  • Sticklers for high standards. We're looking for people who take pride in their work and the experience they provide for others

As a Barista and Team Leader your key responsibilities will be:

  • The opening or closing of the store
  • Handling money including Cashing up
  • Leading a team, allocating jobs and ensuring completion of tasks to a high standard
  • Ensuring food hygiene standards are met and instilling these in others
  • Training staff
  • Ability to carry out Barista role to an exemplary standard, including making drinks, food, cleaning and dealing with customers

The successful candidate will also be expected to:

  • Hold a current Foundation Certificate in Food Hygiene or acquire one within 3 months of start date
  • Maintain a high standard of Hygiene and Health and Safety within the premises
  • Know the business inside out, from the people to the products and everything in between!
  • Complete all required training and any other task reasonably expected of the role
