About Rosarios Cafe

Rosarios Cafe is a well-established independent Italian cafe in the heart of Bath. We are passionate about authentic coffee, quality food, and genuine hospitality. We take pride in creating a welcoming environment for our customers and providing a professional workplace where team members can develop their skills and build a long-term career in hospitality.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and career-minded Barista to join our team on a full-time basis.

This is a permanent, year-round position averaging 35–40 hours per week. We are seeking someone who is looking for stability, responsibility, and long-term growth within the coffee and hospitality industry.

The successful candidate will be passionate about coffee, committed to delivering outstanding customer service, and capable of thriving in a busy cafe environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to a consistently high standard.
  • Deliver warm, professional, and efficient customer service.
  • Support the smooth day-to-day running of the cafe.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues during busy service periods.
  • Take pride in maintaining the quality and reputation of Rosarios Cafe.
