Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Coffee Shop Supervisor to lead our vibrant team and ensure an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and quality. Your leadership will inspire teamwork, streamline food and beverage preparation, and create a welcoming environment for all guests. Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily coffee shop operations, including food preparation, beverage crafting, and customer service.

  • Oversee food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health regulations and proper food handling procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervising or team management experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment..
