Coming June/July 2026

Aromi is a much-loved independent café serving up authentic Italian food with a Sicilian twist. We are very popular among Cambridge crowds and well known for our rustic sourdough pizza, focaccia, arancini and artisan gelato.

We are opening in Oxford in June/July 2026 and are seeking experienced Baristas for our team..

Your day-to-day:

  • Welcome customers, guide them through their orders and take payments
  • Make and serve top quality coffee and other drinks
  • Keeping a clean coffee shop, equipment, and utensils
  • Adhere to all food safety regulations and quality controls
  • Work independently and as part of a team and be willing to learn

You’ll have the following:

  • Understand and be passionate about the coffee and food we make
  • Polite and hard-working with an ability to cope under pressure
  • Organised and tidy
  • Great customer service skills

**Hourly Rate will be determined by relevant NMW thresholds**
