Job Summary
We are seeking a full time front of house person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, positive, hardworking and reliable to serve our delicious baked goods and barista style coffees. They should have a strong background in customer service and happy working within a fast-paced take away and coffee shop environment.

We offer real living wage with benefits to be advised at interview.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve barista style coffees.
  • Know our products in order to assist customers in their choice if necessary.
  • Ensure all food is served in compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the service and coffee shop areas, including equipment and utensils.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen and front of house staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Preferable Skills

  • Experience in customer service.
  • A willingness to learn and participate in assisting kitchen practices.
  • Level 2 Hygiene Cerificate Desirable.
  • Ability to multitask is essential.
  • Capable of working efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
